Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Article 1: Purpose These terms and conditions govern the booking and rental of the gîtes at “Le Mas de la Colombe”. Booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2: Booking and Deposit The booking becomes effective upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount. The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of the stay.

Article 3: Cancellation Policy Any cancellation must be notified in writing.

  • In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit may be refunded according to the agreed conditions.

  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit remains the property of SARL CARPHI.

Article 4: Payment Methods Le Mas de la Colombe accepts payment by:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit Card (CB)

  • Cash

Article 5: Arrival and Departure The gîtes are available from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest on the day of departure.

Article 6: Security Deposit A security deposit will be requested on the day of arrival. This will be processed via a credit card imprint on the Société Générale payment terminal. It will be cancelled after the final inspection upon departure, provided there is no damage.
